Vintage unknown, way cool, three terminal, marked in bottom block 58, 31, N.  There is also cast in the plastic bottom a five point star in a circle. Very nice appearance. Nice taper with finger dish top end. Illuminating or illuminated when pulled out in the "On" contacts connected position (up). Clean, working, no alterations. Multitude of applications, fitment. Pre-war, post-war, hot-rod, rat-rod, classic, veteran, oldtimer, youngtimer, wisenhimer, Bertone, Pininfarina, Vignale, Zagato, etc.
