Flange Approx 17 mm dia, longest of the two pieces approx 26mm long.
Perfect for your steel mill model.   Cobble together some proper wooden blocking and take it for a spin around your layout.  We can't tell if it's part of a crankshaft of a container ship, flywheel for a mars rocket, clutch for some huge piece of machinery or ???  One thing's certain, it'll be fun to finish this out in a metallic paint job and roll it out of your steel mill to your customer's factory site or shipyard.
You get the two grey pieces shown, one left handed and one right.  Glue together or friction fit with a small piece of dowel rod (or Q-tip swab) to keep the halves together on your flatcar.
