RARE Vintage SIGNED Heavy Metal Portuguese Water Dog Figurine & 2 Barrels Casks

This is an UNUSUAL heavy metal dog figurine in the shape of a Portuguese Water Dog. The heavy metal might be lead...but I don't know that for sure.  Around the dog's neck are two barrels or casks.   These might suggest that the dog carried water or perhaps wine.  Although people usually think of St Bernards as the only dogs carrying barrels....other breeds are capable too!   The dog's tail appears flattened and wider at the end like the real water dogs.  Also...webbed feet are suggested by the figurine.   On the bottom are the engraved initials:  "RS".    Measurement is approximately:  3" H.   The figurine is in excellent condition.  It was found in an estate sale.
